About
I am a post-doc fellow in Italian Contemporary Literature at the Department of Humanities, University of Udine, Italy. The subject of my current research is the poetry of Pasolini in relation to the poetic context of the first half of the fifties.
After graduating in Italian Contemporary Literature (University of Venice, 2005) and obtaining the Master “The novel in Italian and foreign Literatures” (University of Venice, 2007) I gained my Ph.D. in Linguistics and Literature (University of Udine, 2009).
My research interests deal with Italian Contemporary Literature, in particular Pasolini, Vittorini, Ortese, the relationship between images and words in picture books, the representation and presence of animals in literature.
I participated in international conferences in Italy and abroad (Ireland, Hungary, the United Kingdom); I also co-organised international conferences for the universities I worked for. I edited the volume "Elio Vittorini. Il sogno di una nuova letteratura", Firenze, Le Lettere, 2010.
